Pam Walton
Pam Walton has two masters degrees from Stanford University, one in Education and the other in Communication/Film and Video Production. From 1989-1999 Walton was a lecturer in the Department of Communication at Stanford. She lives and works in Mtn. View, California, with her partner of over 20 years, Ruth Carranza. The have two black pugs, a vegegtable garden, and an apricot tree. Pam Walton's award-winning documentaries tell the truth about gay and lesbian lives and include Out in Suburbia, Gay Youth, Family Values: An American Tragedy, Call to Witness, and Liberty: 3 Stories about Life & Death. Recently Pam has produced Grassroots: Contesting Ohio, about the disputed 2004 elections, and is working on a new documentary about The Raging Grannies.
